Lujoclub Refund & Return Policy

At Lujoclub, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a free refund within the first 14 days from the date of delivery.
1. Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a refund if:
The refund request is made within 14 days (2 weeks) of receiving your order
The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
The product is returned with original packaging, tags, and labels intact
2. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be accepted if:
The request is made after 14 days of delivery
The product shows signs of use, damage, or alteration
The item was purchased on final sale or clearance (if applicable)
3. Refund Process
To request a refund:
Email us at info@lujoclub.com with your order number and reason for return
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund
4. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout
If Cash on Delivery (COD) was used, the refund will be processed via bank transfer or store credit
Refund processing may take 5–10 business days after approval
5. Return Shipping
Return shipping is free for eligible refunds within the first 14 days
If the return is due to incorrect size, color, or change of mind, items must still meet refund conditions
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
