At Lujoclub, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a free refund within the first 14 days from the date of delivery.

• The product is returned with original packaging, tags, and labels intact

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout

• If Cash on Delivery (COD) was used, the refund will be processed via bank transfer or store credit

• Refund processing may take 5–10 business days after approval

• Return shipping is free for eligible refunds within the first 14 days

• If the return is due to incorrect size, color, or change of mind, items must still meet refund conditions
